Revd Dr Peter Green,
Dean of Chapel:

I had the great privilege of teaching Atma for two of the modules she undertook as part of her Master’s degree in Theology and Religious Studies and, through that, I also got to know her through her engagement with the Chaplaincy. Atma is a genuine searcher after truth – she is a woman of considerable integrity and intelligence who has overcome some significant obstacles to get where she is now. She combines this with being genuinely kind – indeed, in my experience, she exudes good will. Furthermore, she achieved some very high marks indeed in the course of her Master’s degree and has continued to show that she has considerable academic potential.

Dr Matina Tsiora,
Managing Director of Sensory Traveller:

I have worked closely with Atma in designing programmes of activities for individuals, families and groups both within the UK and abroad. Atma works as a Relationship Director and leads our creative activity programmes but also delivers inclusive Yoga and mindfulness for people that have diverse viewpoints, preferences, experiences and requirements. Atma has adopted a holistic approach to her practice aimed at cultivating balance in the body, mind and spirit. Skilfully and using a person-centred approach, she adapts her practice embracing the unique qualities of each person, as well as the surrounding environment, using them as forces for growth and transformation. Atma’s inspiring, supportive and positive attitude makes everyone feel welcomed, relaxed, confident and integrated.

Grace Bowker,

Founder of Central Wellness Yoga Studio:

I have known Atma for several years as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and workshop presenter at our yoga studio in Lincoln.  She is engaging and caring with her students and her genuine love and dedication for the practice on and off the mat comes through in her teaching. Atma also has a wonderful sense of humour and ease making deep connections with those who come to study with her. I would highly recommend Atma for her professional and dedicated approach to work with.
