Yoga Therapy is a Classical form of Yoga that encourages the body to discover its own ideal way of moving and building strength. This approach does not rely on props or hands-on corrections, allowing for greater self-awareness and the gradual development of the muscle structures essential for a complete yoga practice. Students of Structural Yoga are gently guided to explore their unique yogic journey, helping them navigate personal challenges, spiritual growth and transformation.
